I placed a preorder, when will I receive it?

Preorders typically mean the raw leather is in the mail coming to me, I can only make a few bags per Side that I order, but once it comes in, I get to work. It’s only me making the bags so be patient, but when your order ships I will contact you to let you know it’s on the way!
Do you do custom orders?

How do I take care of my item?

Every item gets finished with a product called Tenderly, it is a water based leather conditioner and I highly recommend it, oil tanned leather are meant to mark, if you drag your nail across it, it will leave a mark. This makes every bag unique as it ages and accumulates a patina. These can typically be removed, but for deeper cleaning or conditioning, contact me for advice, DO NOT use mink oil, ever, for anything.
My item broke, what do I do?

Oh no! While rare, Unfortunately this can happen. I offer a lifetime warranty on the items in my shop, this covers stitching, tears and holes. You cover the shipping and I’ll take care of the rest! Cleaning is not covered, but I can lead you in the right direction.
